New Villa

The design draws upon a strand of the Arts & Crafts tradition, popularised by Lutyens, that fuses the less formal aspects of the style with a more formal, occasionally classical, design language.

The house has a mixture of rooflines, subtle changes in elevational treatments and varying eaves lines, all to suggest the building's gradual evolution over time. The rear façade has a symmetrical elevation with projecting wings whilst the remaining façades are asymmetrical and less formal. The palette of materials includes stone, bronze casements and ‘green’ oak with pegged joints.

Step inside and the interior is restrained, calm and modern.
